We will communicate with you with an ETA call to assure a timely pickup. We will arrive within the window of your requested pickup time. Even if you’re running a little late, we’ll be there for you.

Safety

All drivers must undergo sensitivity training and comply with ADA regulations. Drivers must have a clear motor vehicle report, be certified in CPR, and agree to participate in a random drug screening program. They must hold a DOT medical examination certificate, pass an extensive background check, and have their vehicles cleared for service.

Our qualified drivers will provide a seamless travel experience. Schedule your itinerary the day prior and join a friend for lunch or the theater. We will meet you at the curb of your point of origin and drop you off at the curb of your destination point.

Door-to-Door
  • The STAR network can help you or your loved ones maintain their independence, eliminating the need for you to be their 24-7 taxi service. Schedule your trip the day prior, and one of our drivers will meet you at the front door or the first-level lobby area. We’ll be happy to offer you a guiding hand if you require assistance. STAR recognizes that needing a shoulder to lean on shouldn’t mean losing your independence.

  • The STAR network respects your need to maintain independence while giving your loved ones peace of mind. Our drivers will meet you at your front door and deliver you at the front door of your destination no matter what floors they are located on. Again, we’ll gladly offer a guiding hand. Because we understand that keeping active is key to staying healthy.

Round-Trip Stay
  • Do you or your loved ones feel unsafe when running errands? Do you have a scheduled medical appointment that requires you to be accompanied by a friend or loved one? STAR can help. We provide round-trip service with a caregiver’s heart. Our drivers will remain with you from your point of origin through return trip drop-off.
  • We also provide transportation for customers who need extra attention due to brief moments of confusion or disorientation. The STAR network can help erase the feeling that you are a burden to your loved ones.
